My role
I am a Project Planner at Aira, a Swedish company that specializes in air source heat pumps. My primary responsibility is to ensure that every project runs smoothly and progresses to the stage where our customers are fully prepared for installation.
This involves applying for the government grant, scheduling necessary surveys, reviewing the information to identify the tasks that must be completed prior to installation, and maintaining clear communication with our team and the installers.
My passions
I truly care about making sure our customers have a wonderful experience with Aira. Building a connection with each customer is something I genuinely enjoy. With my friendly personality, I love chatting with customers and getting to know them better. My aspiration is to one day lead my own team, where I can support their development and help them thrive in their roles.
My career journey
I’ve now been in this industry for three years, and I can honestly say it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. Before this, I was in a completely different industry, and making the leap felt daunting at first. I had no previous experience, but I was determined to learn, grow, and prove to myself that I could succeed.
Looking back, taking that chance opened the door to so many opportunities. It’s shown me that stepping outside of your comfort zone can be the start of something truly rewarding.
